TIPS TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
1. Be social - say yes to those invitations from friends, family and colleagues.
2. Be active - Find activities and keep you moving, especially outdoors. You will feel good and be more ready to meet life's challenges.
3. Talk to your colleagues - Teachers talking to teachers is healthy. Contact your MVTA president I you need more information on wellness info.
4. Sleep well. NEW! Read this great article on getting a good nights sleep. Then the world will look better.
